בקצרה
משתמשים אחרים לא רואים את המקומות, התפיסות והציוד שלך. הם רואים רק סיכום אנונימי של כל האזור (ראו "נתפס החודש" למטה). אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע ולא מעבירים אותו לאף אחד לצורכי פרסום.
אורח וחשבון
ביום הראשון אפשר להסתכל על הכול בלי להירשם: התחזית, הדגים, המפה והמקומות המוכרים. לשמור משהו (תפיסה, יציאה, מקום, ציוד בקופסה, התראות או פרטי פרופיל) צריך חשבון Google חינם. מהיום השני (לפי שעון ישראל, אחרי היום שבו נפתח החשבון האנונימי בטלפון) צריך חשבון כדי להמשיך להשתמש באפליקציה.
הכניסה עם Google מחברת את החשבון האנונימי שנוצר בטלפון לחשבון ה-Google שלך, ומה שכבר היה בו נשאר. אם כבר יש חשבון באפליקציה עם אותו חשבון Google, נכנסים אליו, ומה שהיה בחשבון האנונימי של הטלפון הזה לא מתמזג איתו. מ-Google אנחנו מקבלים את השם, כתובת המייל והתמונה של החשבון (התמונה מוצגת בפרופיל). אנחנו מבקשים מ-Google רק את זה: לא את הסיסמה שלך, ובלי גישה לתיבת המייל, לאנשי הקשר או לקבצים שלך.
מה נשמר
- מספר חשבון אקראי שנוצר בטלפון בכניסה הראשונה. אם נכנסים עם Google: גם השם, המייל והתמונה של החשבון.
- המקומות ששמרת (נקודה על המפה והשם שנתת לה), התפיסות והיציאות שרשמת, הפיתיונות והציוד שסימנת בקופסה, התמונות שהעלית, ופרטי הפרופיל שמילאת (כינוי, אזור, איך אתה דג, ניסיון).
- לכל תפיסה נשמרים גם הציון והתנאים של אותה שעה.
- מתי פתחת את האפליקציה לאחרונה (תאריך ושעה), ובאילו ימים פתחת אותה.
לפני העלאה, התמונה מוקטנת בטלפון ונתוני המיקום שבתוך קובץ התמונה נמחקים.
למה
כדי להציג לך את הנתונים שלך בכל טלפון שתיכנס ממנו. מפעילי האפליקציה יכולים לראות את הנתונים, כדי לבדוק אם הציון מתאים לתפיסות בפועל ולשפר את התחזית.
נתפס החודש
בלשונית "היום" מוצג "נתפס החודש": כמה מכל דג נרשם ביומנים ב-30 הימים האחרונים באזור התחזית, עם הפיתיון והשעה ביום שחוזרים הכי הרבה. הוא מחושב מכל היומנים יחד. בשלב הזה, כשיש עדיין מעט משתמשים, דג מופיע כבר אחרי תפיסה אחת. לא מוצגים שמות, תמונות, הערות או מקומות מדויקים, ופיתיון מוצג רק כשהוא אחד הפיתיונות שבאפליקציה, לא טקסט שהקלדת.
התראות
אם מפעילים התראות בפרופיל, נשמרים כתובת ההתראות של הדפדפן שלך והמפתחות שלה (כתובת שהדפדפן נותן לאתר כדי שאפשר יהיה לשלוח אליו הודעה, דרך שירות ההתראות של Google, Apple, Microsoft או Mozilla), הסף שבחרת והשפה, ואחרי כל בדיקה גם באיזה יום השרת בדק, אם שלח ומה היה הציון. בערב השרת בודק את התחזית של מחר במקומות השמורים שלך ושולח לכל היותר התראה אחת ביום. מכבים בפרופיל, וכל זה נמחק.
שירותים שמשתתפים
- Supabase: אחסון החשבונות, הנתונים והתמונות (שרתים באירופה).
- Google: כניסה לחשבון. נדרשת כדי לשמור, ומהיום השני כדי להמשיך להשתמש באפליקציה.
- Open-Meteo: התחזית. נשלחת רק נקודת האזור הכללי, לא המקום המדויק שלך. כשמחפשים מקום לפי שם, השם שהקלדת נשלח לחיפוש שלהם.
- Esri ו-OpenStreetMap: תמונות הלוויין ואריחי המפה של האזור שאתה מסתכל עליו.
- Cloudflare: אחסון האתר.
- Anthropic (Claude): זיהוי דג מתמונה של תפיסה, רק למשתמש מחובר ורק כשהוא מוסיף תמונה. נשלחת התמונה עצמה (בלי נתוני המיקום שבקובץ) ואזור המים (ים תיכון, כנרת או אילת), בלי שם, מייל או המיקום המדויק.
- Google, Apple, Microsoft או Mozilla (לפי הדפדפן): מעבירים את ההתראות, רק אם הפעלת אותן.
- Google Fonts, jsDelivr ו-cdnjs: הגופנים וספריות הקוד של האתר (cdnjs רק כשפותחים את המפה). כמו כל אתר שמורידים ממנו קובץ, הם רואים את כתובת ה-IP ואת סוג הדפדפן.
מחיקה
כאורח אפשר למחוק את החשבון מלשונית הפרופיל, אבל מחיקה של מקום, תפיסה או פריט דורשת חשבון Google, ומהיום השני צריך להיכנס עם Google כדי להגיע לפרופיל. אחרי הכניסה: אפשר למחוק כל מקום, תפיסה או פריט מתוך האפליקציה, ואת כל החשבון מלשונית הפרופיל ("מחיקת החשבון"): החשבון וכל מה ששמרת בו נמחקים. בחשבון Google, מהתפיסות והיציאות נשאר עותק אנונימי, בלי שם, מייל, תמונות, הערות או מיקום מדויק (רק הדג, השעות, הגודל, הפיתיון, אזור התחזית והתנאים), כדי לבדוק ולשפר את הציון. העותק הזה לא קשור אליך, ולכן אי אפשר למצוא אותו ולמחוק אותו אחר כך. משהו שלא הצלחת למחוק בעצמך: אפשר לכתוב ל-poke13253@gmail.com, ונמחק תוך 30 יום.
גיל
מגיל 13 ומעלה. מתחת לגיל 18, באישור הורה.
שימוש באחריותך
הציון מדרג שעות לפי התנאים. הוא לא הבטחה לדגים ולא הערכת בטיחות. הים והסלעים מסוכנים: בדוק בעצמך אם מותר לדוג במקום, אם הגישה בטוחה ומה מצב הים. ההצעות לציוד ולדגים הן כלליות ויכולות לטעות. דגים מוגנים משחררים. האפליקציה בגרסת ניסיון חינמית, ניתנת כמו שהיא, ויכולה להשתנות או להיסגר.
המידע על הדגים (זיהוי, דגים ארסיים, רעילים ומוגנים, גודל מינימלי, עונות סגורות ומה מותר לאכול) נאסף ממקורות פתוחים, ויכול להיות חסר או שגוי. אם ליד דג אין אזהרה, זה לא אומר שבטוח לגעת בו או לאכול אותו. דגים עם קוצים ארסיים או רעל, כמו זהרון, אבו נפחא ושפמית ארסית, יכולים לגרום פגיעה קשה. אם אתה לא בטוח איזה דג תפסת, אל תיגע בו בידיים ואל תאכל אותו. במידה שהחוק מאפשר, איננו אחראים לנזק שנגרם מהסתמכות על המידע באפליקציה, גם כשדג מסוים לא סומן כארסי, רעיל או מוגן.

Privacy and terms

In short
Other users don't see your places, catches or gear. They only see an anonymous summary of the whole area (see "Caught this month" below). We don't sell data or pass it to anyone for advertising.
Guest and account
On the first day you can look at everything without signing up: the forecast, the fish, the map and the known spots. Saving anything (a catch, a trip, a place, gear in your box, notifications or profile details) needs a free Google account. From the second day (by Israel time, after the day the anonymous account was created on your phone) you need an account to keep using the app.
Signing in with Google links the anonymous account created on your phone to your Google account, and what was already in it stays. If an account in the app already uses the same Google account, you sign in to it instead, and what was in the anonymous account of this phone is not merged into it. From Google we receive the name, email address and picture of the account (the picture is shown in Profile). We ask Google for only that: not your password, and no access to your mailbox, contacts or files.
What is stored
- A random account number created on your phone the first time you open the app. If you sign in with Google: also that account's name, email and picture.
- The places you saved (a point on the map and the name you gave it), the catches and trips you logged, the lures and gear you ticked in your box, the photos you uploaded, and the profile details you filled in (nickname, area, how you fish, experience).
- Each catch also keeps the score and the conditions of that hour.
- When you last opened the app (date and time), and which days you opened it.
Before upload, the photo is made smaller on your phone and the location data inside the image file is removed.
Why
To show you your data on any phone you sign in from. The app's operators can see the data, to check whether the score matches real catches and to improve the forecast.
Caught this month
The Today tab shows "Caught this month": how many of each fish were logged in the last 30 days in the forecast area, with the most common bait and time of day. It is counted from all the logs together. For now, while there are still few users, a fish shows after a single catch. No names, photos, notes or exact places are shown, and a bait shows only when it is one of the app's own baits, never text you typed.
Notifications
If you turn notifications on in Profile, your browser's notification address and its keys are stored (an address the browser gives the site so a message can be sent to it, through Google's, Apple's, Microsoft's or Mozilla's push service), with the threshold you chose and your language, and after each check also which day the server checked, whether it sent, and the score. In the evening the server checks tomorrow's forecast at your saved places and sends at most one notification a day. Turn them off in Profile and all of this is deleted.
Services involved
- Supabase: stores the accounts, data and photos (servers in Europe).
- Google: sign-in. Needed to save, and from the second day to keep using the app.
- Open-Meteo: the forecast. Only the general area is sent, not your exact place. When you search for a place by name, the name you type goes to their search.
- Esri and OpenStreetMap: satellite images and map tiles of the area you look at.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site.
- Anthropic (Claude): identifies the fish in a catch photo, only for a signed-in user and only when they add a photo. Only the photo itself is sent (without the location data in the file) and the water body (Mediterranean, Kinneret or Eilat), with no name, email or exact location.
- Google, Apple, Microsoft or Mozilla (depending on the browser): deliver the notifications, only if you turned them on.
- Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs: the site's fonts and code libraries (cdnjs only when you open the map). Like any site a file is downloaded from, they see your IP address and browser type.
Deleting
As a guest you can delete the account from the profile tab, but deleting a place, catch or item needs a Google account, and from the second day you have to sign in with Google to reach the profile. After signing in, you can delete any place, catch or item inside the app, and the whole account from the profile tab ("Delete account"): the account and everything you saved in it are deleted. For a Google account, an anonymous copy of your catches and trips is kept, with no name, email, photos, notes or exact place (only the fish, times, size, bait, forecast area and conditions), to check and improve the score. That copy has no link to you, so it can't be found or deleted later. Anything you couldn't delete yourself: write to poke13253@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
Age
13 and over. Under 18, with a parent's permission.
Use at your own risk
The score ranks hours by the conditions. It is not a promise of fish and not a safety assessment. The sea and the rocks are dangerous: check for yourself whether fishing is allowed at the place, whether access is safe and what the sea is doing. The gear and fish suggestions are general and can be wrong. Protected fish go back. The app is a free trial version, provided as it is, and may change or close.
The fish information (identification, venomous, poisonous and protected fish, minimum sizes, closed seasons and what is safe to eat) is gathered from open sources and may be incomplete or wrong. A fish with no warning next to it is not necessarily safe to touch or to eat. Fish with venomous spines or poison, such as the lionfish, the silver-cheeked toadfish and the striped eel catfish, can cause serious harm. If you are not sure what you caught, don't handle it with bare hands and don't eat it. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any harm that comes from relying on the information in the app, including when a fish was not marked as venomous, poisonous or protected.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top will be updated.
